About Pastor Carlos A. Morales

Carlos A. Morales was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, and raised in Fort Myers, Florida. A passionate leader, creative entrepreneur, and faith-driven servant, Carlos brings both heart and hustle to every endeavor. With over two decades at McDonald’s Corporation, he developed a deep well of experience in business administration, computer networks, media consulting, web design, and social media strategy—skills that would lay the groundwork for his future as a pastor and business owner.

In 2001, Carlos put down roots in Charlotte County, Florida, where he stepped into his divine calling as Senior Pastor of The Vine Ministries International. His ministry journey began at Calvary Christian Center (Centro Cristiano El Calvario), where he served faithfully as general administrator, worship leader, youth pastor, and co-pastor. He also founded Triage Counseling, a ministry arm that helped young people experience deep healing and build lasting relationships with Jesus Christ.

In the world of business, Carlos is the founder of Kingdom Vision Agency, LLC, where he merges his technical expertise with creative vision to empower ministries and businesses through strategic branding, web design, and digital media.

At the core of everything Carlos does is a life mission rooted in compassion, healing, and advocacy—serving as a voice, eyes, ears, and hands for the hurting and overlooked. Guided by his favorite scripture, Romans 8:28, he leads with unshakable faith and a burning desire to raise up and mentor the next generation.

When he’s not ministering or building brands, you’ll find Carlos diving into music, photography, reading, and exploring life with unrelenting curiosity and a heart always tuned to growth.
